- Social Anxiety: fear of social situations and/or interaction with other people
- Panic Disorder: unexpected panic attacks without a clear trigger
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD): focused on excessive orderliness and perfectionism
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): flashbacks and/or nightmares that are triggered by a traumatic event
Mood Disorders
- Bipolar: dramatic shifts in mood causing highs and low
- Major Depressive Disorder: affects a person’s ability to work, sleep, and enjoy life
- Seasonal Affective Disorder: is an onset of depression during the winter months
- Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD): severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) causing depressive symptoms
