Functional and Nutritional Assessment
Functional Psychiatry is a holistic approach to mental health that focuses on treating the underlying causes (root causes) of mental health conditions.
Nutritional Psychiatry explores how diet and nutrition can impact mental health. It focuses on the idea that food can act as medicine and influence our mood, cognitive function, and overall mental health through the gut-brain connection.
Genetic Testing
Genetic testing helps us understand the underlying biological factors that may be contributing to mental health symptoms by identifying specific genetic variations associated with many mental health conditions.
